All cancellation or modification requests must be submitted in writing via email or through your booking account.

Policies may vary depending on the type of service (hotel, transfer, excursion, package, etc.) and will be clearly stated at the time of booking.

Some special offers, discounted rates, or last-minute deals may be non-refundable and non-changeable.
2. Cancellation Terms

Hotels & Accommodation:

Free cancellation up to 72 hours before check-in (unless otherwise stated in your booking conditions).

Cancellations made within 72 hours of arrival may incur one night’s charge or full stay charges depending on the hotel’s policy.

Tours & Excursions:

Free cancellation up to 7 days before the tour date.

Cancellations within 7 days may incur up to 100% charges, depending on supplier terms.

Airport Transfers:

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup are non-refundable.

3. Modification (Changes)

Date or name changes are subject to availability and supplier approval.

Modifications requested within the free cancellation period are usually free of charge.

Modifications requested after the free cancellation period may be treated as a cancellation and rebooking, with applicable charges.
4. No-Show Policy

In the event of a no-show (failure to arrive without prior notice), the booking will be considered non-refundable.
5. Refunds

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 working days after confirmation.

Please note that bank or payment gateway charges may apply.
6. Force Majeure

Desert Gate Saudi is not liable for cancellations or modifications caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government regulations, strikes, pandemics). In such cases, we will do our best to assist, but supplier policies will apply.
